Armed with his usual soulfully melodic, gritty meandering voice, a dobro and banjo, Chris had Danny Kadar record these performances in Blue Moon Racing Shop somewhere in Vermont.
The shop sounds as suitable as any studio I've heard, and it perfectly captures the vibes for Chris's raw emotion and rickety, smooth renditions. I don't think I'd be too far off by comparing this to Hendrix sitting down with an acoustic guitar and singing alone in a hotel room. http://www.chriswhitley.com
